About our Barren Cow Sales
Our dedicated Over Thirty Month and Barren Cow Sale, has become one of the biggest sales in the country over the last 10 years. We hold both Green and Red Markets to provide an unrivalled outlet to accommodate all cattle status’s and restrictions. The sale commences at 3:30pm.
Green Markets
- 1st, 3rd & 4th Mondays of the month
- 6 day rule applies however you do not need to test cattle with our Exempt Status offering tested & non-tested cattle
- Boasting 10-15 buyers in regular attendance
- Average Weekly Through Put 150-200
Red Market
- The 2nd Monday of the month
- TB Restricted Cattle allowed with relevant Tb Licence
- No 6-Day Rule to consider
- Direct to Slaughter
- All classes of clean cattle, cull cows & bulls required
Sale Arrangements
- Completed declaration form is required
- Gates open at 9am
- Unloading between 9am-3pm
- Sale starts at 3:30pm
